In most DGGE experiments, smiling or frowning is an effect that makes interpretation of the results and further analyses of the patterns difficult.
We at Ingeny are always committed to find new solutions. We created the possibility to eliminate smiling.
Ingeny is introducing it's novel anti-smiling kit consisting of:
2 spacers made of a purposely designed plastic
loading liquid for 2 outer lanes of the gel
